Core Return Information

Jack frost marine(Outboard Recycle) provides a core return label with every product that is eligible for the core buy back program excluding international shipments and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. 

• Place your core return in the box your replacement was shipped in. 
• Place the provided core return label on the outside of the box. 
• Call UPS 1-800-742-5877 to schedule the pick-up or give the package to any UPS driver. A service charge may apply if the location is not a regular delivery point. 
• Extra heavy powerheads which must be shipped on a freight line will have a BOL (Bill of Lading) for return by a freight line. Call the number on the BOl to arrange a pick-up.
